Margaret De Pass appeals from an order of the Unemployment Appeals Commission determining that she is not entitled to unemployment benefits. Based on the testimony before the appeals referee and a review of applicable law, we find no error.See, e.g., Brownstien v. Hartwell, 647 So.2d 1004 (Fla. 3d DCA 1994).

Affirmed.
