Judgment and order of the County Court of Westchester county reversed and new trial ordered, costs to abide the event, upon the ground that the evidence required the submission to the jury of the question whether there was a conversion of plaintiff's property. Jenks, P.J., Thomas, Rich, Stapleton and Putnam, JJ., concurred.
