De Lillo Construction Co. v. Lizza & Sons, Inc.

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Jan 20, 1959
7 A.D.2d 838 (N.Y. App. Div. 1959)

Opinion

January 20, 1959

Order unanimously affirmed, without costs. Although it is difficult to reconcile it with the reasoning in later decisions involving arbitration agreements, we are constrained to follow Matter of Young v. Crescent Development Co. ( 240 N.Y. 244).
