On August 16, 2021, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment with a Declaration of Hannah Miller in Support of Motion for Summary Judgment. By Order served August 17, 2021, petitioners were directed on or before September 17, 2021, to file with the Court a response, if any, to respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment. On September 16, 2021, counsel for petitioners filed a Motion for Extension of Time and a Motion for Continuance. Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion for Continuance is granted in that this case is stricken for trial from the October 18, 2021, Chicago, Illinois Trial Session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion for Extension of Time is granted in that the time in which petitioners have to respond to respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment is extended from September 17, 2021, to October 22, 2021.
