The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Fifth Appellate District, with directions to vacate its order denying the petition for a writ of mandate/prohibition and to issue an order to show cause why petitioner is not entitled to the relief requested. All further proceedings in People v. Matthew De La Cerda, Fresno County Superior Court No. F20907717, are hereby stayed pending further order of the Court of Appeal.
