It is Ordered that the landlord-appellant's motion seeking to stay the enforcement of the decision/order (Stoller, J.), dated November 10, 2016 is granted, on condition that landlord-appellant perfects its appeal by no later than the April 2017 term - the filing deadline for which is February 8, 2017. In the event of landlord-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, tenants-respondents may move on five days notice for an order vacating the stay.
