It is ordered that the motion is granted and defendants-appellants Toby Moskovits and Yechial Lichtenstein's time to perfect their appeals on Case Nos. 2022-04306 and 2022-04820 is extended to the December 2023 Term of this Court. Sua sponte, defendant-appellant Moshe Dov Schweid's perfected appeal on Case No. 2023-04306 is adjourned to said December 2023 Term of this Court.
