In an action to recover damages for alleged fraud and conspiracy, order, insofar as appealed from, denying defendants' motion to dismiss the complaint upon the ground that it does not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Carswell, Johnston, Adel, Taylor and Lewis, JJ., concur.
