Charles Dawson, Petitioner(s) v. State of Florida, Respondent(s)

Lower Tribunal No(s).: 1D2024-1389 172024CA000136XXXAXA

Because the petitioner has failed to show a clear legal right to the relief requested, he is not entitled to mandamus relief. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is hereby denied without prejudice. See Huffman v. State, 813 So.2d 10, 11 (Fla. 2000); see also Fla. R. Gen. Prac. &Jud. Admin 2.250(a)(2) (for appellate courts, the presumptively reasonable time period is generally within 180 days of either oral argument or the submission of the case to the court panel for a decision without oral argument). No motion for rehearing or reinstatement will be entertained by this Court.

CANADY, LABARGA, COURIEL, GROSSHANS, and FRANCIS, JJ., concur.
