This case was called from the calendar at the Remote Trial Session of the Court for Atlanta, Georgia on September 27, 2021. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. At that time respondent indicated that a basis for settlement had been reached. After due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further
