ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On March 2, 2023, the Court entered its Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction due to petitioner's failure to pay the filing fee in this case, and this case was closed.

On March 10, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion to Vacate the Order of Dismissal. On April 13, 2023, petitioner submitted the filing fee.

The foregoing and the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Vacate is granted and the Court's Order of Dismissal, entered March 2, 2023, is hereby vacated and set aside.
