MELBOURN DAWSON, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

By Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered March 2, 2023, this case was dismissed for petitioner's failure to pay the Court's $60 filing fee. On March 10, 2023, the Court received an Application for Waiver of the filing fee, but that application does not establish petitioner's inability to pay the fee. Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced application for waiver is hereby filed as petitioner's motion to vacate the order of dismissal, as of its date of receipt. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's motion shall be held in abeyance pending payment of the Court's filing fee. Instructions on how to pay the fee can be found at https://ustaxcourt.gov/pay_filing_fee.html. Failure to pay the fee will result in the denial of the motion to vacate or other action as the Court deems appropriate.
