307 So. 3d 1020 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2020)

Opinion

No. 1D20-0072

12-10-2020

Reginald M. DAWSON, Appellant, v. CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, (JSO, MUNICIPAL CODE COMPLIANCE), Appellee.

Reginald M. Dawson, pro se, Appellant. Brett G. Mereness, City of Jacksonville, Office of General Counsel, Jacksonville, for Appellee.

Reginald M. Dawson, pro se, Appellant.

Brett G. Mereness, City of Jacksonville, Office of General Counsel, Jacksonville, for Appellee.

Per Curiam.

Because the order under review permits Appellant to file an amended complaint in the lower court, the order is not a final, appealable order. See Pagenet, Inc. v. State, Dep't of Revenue , 843 So. 2d 1027 (Fla. 1st DCA 2003) ; Augustin v. Blount , 573 So. 2d 104 (Fla. 1st DCA 1991) ; Ponton v. Gross , 576 So. 2d 910 (Fla. 1st DCA 1991). Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction.

Roberts, Makar, and M.K. Thomas, JJ., Concur.
