Roger Trudell DAVIS, Appellant v. The STATE of Texas, Appellee

From the 187th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2015CR6145
Honorable Steve Hilbig, Judge Presiding

ORDER

On August 28, 2017, we abated this appeal to the trial court for an abandonment hearing. A supplemental reporter's record of the abandonment hearing has been filed. At the hearing, the trial court made a finding on the record that the appellant is indigent. Counsel has been appointed to represent appellant. We therefore reinstate appellate deadlines.

At the time we abated the deadlines in this case, the reporter's record was still pending. We ORDER Court reporter Brooke Wagner to file the reporter's record by November 17, 2017.

Karen Angelini, Justice

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 18th day of October, 2017.

Clerk of Court
