JORDAN DAVIS, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 204th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause Nos. F14-15543-Q , F14-15544-Q & F15-45428-Q

ORDER

We REINSTATE these appeals.

Because appellant's brief had not been filed despite having been granted three extensions of time, we abated this appeal for a hearing. On June 5, 2017, we received the trial court's June 1 findings and recommendations. We ADOPT the trial court's finding that (1) appellate counsel Kristen Brown has been working in a diligent manner, (2) appellant's brief is nearly complete, and (3) Ms. Brown needs until June 15, 2017 to file appellant's brief.

We ORDER appellant's brief due on or before June 15, 2017.
