ORDER

Before the Court are the August 14, 2017 motions of appellant, a pro se inmate, to (1) supplement the clerk's records for omitted items; (2) order the district clerk to provide appellant with a free copy of the "supplemental clerk's record with transcript;" and (3) extend the time to file appellant's brief.

We GRANT appellant's motions as follows. We ORDER Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre to file, no later than August 30, 2017, a supplemental clerk's record containing the items listed in the attached August 3, 2017 letter from appellant.

We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of the supplemental clerk's record to appellant once filed, and we ORDER appellant to file his brief no later than October 16, 2017.
