ORDER

Before the Court is appellant's July 31, 2017 "Motion for Extension of Time for Filing of Appellant's Brief and that District Clerk be Directed to Provide Appellant with Free Copy of Clerk's Record with Transcript." By order dated July 26, 2017, the Court responded to appellant's July 24, 2017 "Motion for Extension of Time to File Appellant's Brief and Notice of Late Filed Clerk's Record" by ordering appellant to file his brief by August 31, 2017 and directing the Clerk of the Court to send appellant a paper copy of the clerk's record. Our records show the Clerk of the Court mailed a copy of the clerk's record to appellant on July 26, 2017.

Accordingly, we DENY appellant's motion as MOOT. Appellant shall file his brief on or before August 31, 2017.
