The complaint does not adequately allege the citizenship of the plaintiff or individual defendant, see Leveraged Leasing Admin. Corp. v. PacifiCorp Capital, Inc., 87 F.3d 44, 47 (2d Cir. 1996) (allegation of residence insufficient), or defendant Toki Eyewear Inc.. Absent the filing, on or before February 25, 2002, of an amended complaint sufficiently alleging diversity of citizenship, the action will be dismissed.
