Opinion

March 13, 1945.

Judgment in action to enforce lien on policy of life insurance assigned by S.F. Davis to J.M. Kinnard as collateral security on debt adjudging plaintiff lien on cash surrender value of policy subject to a prior lien of the Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company to secure its policy loan, and directing application of net proceeds to payment of debt owing plaintiff.
