MEMORANDUM OPINION


By letters dated October 30, 2003, the Court directed appellant to pay the filing fee of $125 and file a docketing statement within ten days of the date of the letters. By letter dated October 31, 2003, the Court advised appellant that his notice of appeal was defective and directed appellant to file an amended notice of appeal within ten days of the date of the letter. The letters warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee, filed a docketing statement or filed an amended notice of appeal. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this appeal for want of prosecution. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3.
