This case was consolidated for trial and tried in the Lower Court with the case entitled Hoyt v. Holsum Cab Company, Inc., et al., No. 7508, 217 So.2d 198.

For the reasons this day handed down in the case No. 7508, the judgment of the Lower Court is affirmed, all costs of this appeal to be paid by defendant-appellants.

Judgment affirmed.
