ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF'S SECOND MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME

JEREMY D. PETERSON, UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE

Plaintiff filed a second motion for extension of time to respond to defendants' motion for summary judgment. For good cause shown:

1. plaintiffs motion for an extension of time, ECF No. 36, is granted;
2. plaintiff has thirty days from the date of entry of this order in which to file a response; and
3. no further extensions will be granted absent extraordinary circumstances.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
