AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 132.1question of negligence as question for jury. Question whether injury to plaintiff who, while standing on sidewalk, was struck by defendant's truck was caused by unavoidable accident or by negligence, held, under evidence, question for jury.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Madison county; Hon. D.H. MUDGE, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in this court at May term, 1942.
