DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal, permission to proceed as a poor person and to proceed on original file of Workers' Compensation Board.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to renewal upon a showing that a timely appeal has been taken to this Court from the Workers' Compensation Board decision filed May 21, 2014, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and to proceed on the original file of the Workers' Compensation Board is denied, without costs.
