On February 8, 2024, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. This case was called from the calendar for the Trial Session of the Court at Los Angeles, California, on April 8, 2024. Petitioners and counsel for respondent appeared and were heard on the motion. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment, filed February 8, 2024, is denied. It is further

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, that this case is remanded to respondent's Appeals Office for the purpose of conducting a hearing prescribed by I.R.C. section 6330. The hearing shall take place at a reasonable and mutually agreed upon date and time, but no later than July 8, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall submit, on or before August 7, 2024, to the Court a decision document or file a joint status report informing the Court of the then current status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
