ORDER

KATHLEEN KERRIGAN CHIEF JUDGE

By Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered December 13, 2023, this case was dismissed for lack of jurisdiction on the grounds that petitioner failed to to filed a Ratification of Petition. The Ratification of Petition has now been received and lodged by the Court (Docket Index No. 8). In addition, the Court has received from petitioner and lodged a Motion to Proceed Remotely (Docket Index No. 9).

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, the above-referenced Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction is vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the lodged Ratification of Petition (Docket Index No. 8) and the lodged Motion to Proceed Remotely (Docket No. 9) shall both be filed as of the date of service of this Order.
