This case was originally calendared for trial at the February 13, 2023, Trial Session of the Court in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Court entered an Order and Decision in this case on February 9, 2023.

On March 8, 2023, Petitioner field with the Court a Claim for Reasonable Litigation and Administrative Costs Pursuant to Rule 231, filed in the Court's records as an appropriate motion for the same.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 13, 2023, respondent shall file with the Court a response to Petitioner's Motion for Reasonable Litigation and Administrative Costs.
