By Order dated October 20, 2022, docket entry 8, the Court directed the parties, on or before November 30, 2022, to submit decision documents or file a Joint Status Report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.

On November 2, 2022, the parties filed with the Court: Proposed Stipulated Decisions, docket entries 9 and 10 respectively; and (2) a Settlement Stipulation, docket entry 11.

The parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision, docket entry 9, is not signed, and therefore the Court will strike this document. The Court will accept the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision and the Settlement Stipulation, both filed November 2, 2022, docket entries 10 and 11 respectively.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed November 2, 2022, docket entry 9, is stricken from the Court's record in this case.
