ORDER

This case was calendared for an in-person trial at the session of the Court that commence September 6, 2022, in Fresno, California.

On August 11, 2021, the Petition commencing this case was filed. On November 10, 2021, respondent filed the Answer.

On October 6, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision.

Upon review of the record, it has come to the Court's attention that the record is void of a complete copy of the Notice of Deficiency upon which this case is based.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 28, 2022, respondent shall file a response to this Order and attach thereto a complete copy of the Notice of Deficiency issued to petitioner for taxable years 2011 through 2018 upon which this case is based.
