This case is calendared for trial at the Court's Atlanta, Georgia, trial session scheduled to begin on April 4, 2022. On March 30, 2022, respondent filed a status report stating, among other things, that the parties have reached a basis for settlement and are waiting on computations to prepare the proposed stipulated decision. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's April 4, 2022, Atlanta, Georgia, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further ORDERED that on or before May 2, 2022, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision.
