Lawanda Renee Davis Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Emin Toro, Judge

This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's May 9, 2022, Washington, D.C., trial session. On March 16, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 8). A subsequent review of the parties' submissions in the case showed that the record does not contain a complete copy of the notice of deficiency on which the case is based. The Court therefore ordered respondent to file a complete copy of the notice of deficiency on which this case is based on or before March 24, 2022. On March 24, 2022, respondent filed a Response to Court Order (Doc. 12) requesting additional time to locate and submit the notice of deficiency. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before April 29, 2022, respondent shall file a response to this Order and attach thereto a complete copy of the notice of deficiency on which this case is based.
