In our Order to Show Cause, dated August 20, 2021, we directed petitioners to show cause, in writing, why the Court should not issue an Order directing the small case designation be removed in this case. On March 3, 2022, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision.

The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause, dated August 20, 2021, is discharged as moot.
