Order, so far as appealed from, unanimously modified by directing the examination of the defendant, Harry Cohn, individually and as president of Columbia Pictures Corporation, and without prejudice to an examination of other defendants if the necessity is hereafter shown, and as so modified, affirmed. No opinion. The date for the examination to proceed to be fixed in the order. Settle order on notice.
