IN THE MATTER OF SCOTT W. DAVIS, PETITIONER-APPELLANT, v. LINDA S. BURTON, RESPONDENT-RESPONDENT.


PRESENT:

Petitioner-appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Herkimer County, entered April 4, 2019,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Tracy L. Pugliese, PO Box 473, Clinton, New York 13323, is hereby assigned as counsel to conduct the appeal, and

It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Herkimer County, provide Tracy L. Pugliese, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeal is based, and

It is further ORDERED that the record and briefs are to be filed and served within 60 days of the filing of the transcripts with the Herkimer County Family Court Clerk's Office.
