JULIO DAVILA & AISHA QAASIM-DAVILA, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

This collection-due-process case was on the February 13, 2024 Los Angeles, California trial calendar. After filing the administrative record, the parties agreed that there were enough serious mistakes during the CDP hearing as to justify a remand. Respondent recently reported that respondent's appeals officer is awaiting for the processing and approval of petitioners' offer in compromise (OIC) which is needed in order to execute a decision document which will resolve all issues in this case. It is therefore

ORDERED that on or before November 15, 2024, the parties submit decision documents or respondent file a status report describing any progress.
