JULIO DAVILA & AISHA QAASIM-DAVILA, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

This collection-du-process case was on the February 13, 2024 Los Angeles, California trial calendar. After filing the administrative record, the parties agreed that there were enough serious mistakes during the CDP hearing as to justify a remand.

Respondent recently reported that respondent's appeals officer had recommended acceptance of petitioners' proposed offer in compromise. It seems that only paperwork remains before this case will be settled, and it is therefore

ORDERED that on or before September 12, 2024, the parties submit decision documents or respondent file a status report describing any progress.
