ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On March 9, 2023, petitioner filed an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for consideration. Upon review of the financial information set forth in that application, petitioner has not demonstrated current financial inability to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is denied. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee is extended to April 25, 2023. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the dismissal of this case for lack of jurisdiction or other appropriate action of the Court.
