Present — Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Sneed, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ.


Cross appeals from a judgment dismissing plaintiff's complaint and defendant's counterclaims, entered upon the verdict of a jury. Plaintiff appeals from the judgment except so much thereof as dismisses the counterclaims, and defendant appeals therefrom except so much thereof as dismisses the complaint. In addition, each of the parties moved to set aside the verdict insofar as it was against the respective movant, and each party appeals from the order which denied his or her respective motion. Judgment and orders, insofar as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion.
