Davidian v. Keller Industries, Inc.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District
May 4, 1993
617 So. 2d 454 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1993)

Opinion

No. 92-275.

May 4, 1993.

An Appeal from the Circuit Court for Dade County; Phillip Knight, Judge.

Jeffrey C. Fox, North Miami, and Alan Green, Fort Lauderdale, for appellants.

Angones, Hunter, McClure, Lynch Williams and Christopher Lynch, Miami, for appellees.

Before BASKIN, GERSTEN and GODERICH, JJ.

Since the trial court offered the appellants a recess, we conclude there was no abuse of the court's discretion in denying the motion for new trial. Baptist Memorial Hospital, Inc. v. Bell, 384 So.2d 145 (Fla. 1980). The remaining points on appeal are without merit.

Affirmed.
