ORDER

This case is presently calendared for trial at the Court's September 6, 2022, Columbia, South Carolina trial session.

On August 16, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. The Court held a conference call with the parties on August 29, 2022, and the parties notified the Court that a basis for settlement has been reached on all issues.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed August 16, 2022, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on September 6, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 10, 2022, the parties shall electronically file a proposed stipulated decision or status report (preferably a joint report) to inform the Court of the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
