DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant C. D. to amend a decision and order of this Court dated October 11, 2005, which determined an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 24, 2003, to make her identity in the decision and order anonymous.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the decision and order of this Court dated October 11, 2005, is amended by changing all references to the movant to "C. D.", and by amending the caption accordingly.
