On March 25, 2022, respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Tax Year 2018. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 22, 2022, petitioner shall file an Objection, if any, to the above-described motion to dismiss as to 2018. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of the motion to dismiss as to 2018.
