It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to the perfect the appeal to the December 2020 Term, the filing deadline for which is October 14, 2020. No further extensions shall be granted. In the event of defendant-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, plaintiff-respondent may move on five days notice for an order vacating the stay and dismissing the appeal.
