Order entered sustaining defendant's preliminary objections in the nature of a demurrer to two counts of the complaint, order by LIPEZ, J., specially presiding. Plaintiff appealed. Appeal, No. 1314, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Potter County, No. 764 of 1975. Argued September 13, 1976.
