ORDER

On May 20, 2022, the Court cancelled the May 23, 2022, Detroit, Michigan trial session due to concerns relating to coronavirus (COVID-19), and the undersigned retained jurisdiction of the above-referenced cases.

Rule 141(a) permits the Court to consolidate cases when they involve common questions of law or fact. The above-referenced cases are both collection cases involving the same petitioner. Accordingly, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that Docket Nos. 1971-21L and 27148-21L are consolidated for purposes of trial, briefing, and opinion. It is further

ORDERED that these cases are continued and restored to the general docket. Jurisdiction is no longer retained by the undersigned.
