This consolidated case is presently calendared for an in-person trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on Monday, November 28, 2022, in Detroit, Michigan.

On the same day, at 12:13 p.m. respondent filed an additional First Supplement to Motion for Summary Judgment.
