This case is calendared for trial at the Special Session of the Court commencing September 25, 2024, in Chicago, Illinois.

Pending before the Court is respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed August 8, 2024, respondent's Motion for Extension of Time, filed August 8, 2024, and petitioner's Motion for Entry of Decision, filed August 9, 2024. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed August 8, 2024, is denied. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Extension of Time, filed August 8, 2024, is granted in that the time in which respondent is directed to state specifically their objections to petitioner's Motion for Summary Judgment including any factual evidence inconsistent with petitioner's position and the basis for their objections to the exhibits and state the authority upon which they rely for the objections to the motion and the inclusion of the exhibits in the record for the hearing is extended from August 9, 2024 to September 16, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Entry of Decision, filed August 9, 2024, is calendared for hearing at the above-referenced Special Session at a time and date certain of 10:00 a.m. on September 25, 2024.
