From the Noble Circuit Court, Lowell L. Pefley, Special Judge.

Appellee, City of Ligonier, passed an annexation ordinance and appellees, Wayne H. Daubenspeck and others, took an appeal from such action. The judgment of the trial court favorable to appellee was affirmed in an opinion by the Appellate Court, and appellants petition for transfer to the Supreme Court.
