ORDER DISMISSING CASE WITHOUT PREJUDICE

THIS CAUSE came before the Court on the May 6, 2005 Order Staying Case [D.E. 27], which gave Plaintiff, Bhagwan "Bob" Dass, until August 5, 2005 to move to reopen the case. To date, Mr. Dass has failed to file a motion to reopen the case. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this action is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The Clerk of the Court is instructed to CLOSE the case.
