ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order, and the Court's Order served March 24, 2022, on all of petitioner's heirs at law referenced on page 2 of respondent's March 24, 2022, first supplement to motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, as supplemented, is calendared for hearing at the above-referenced trial session, scheduled to commence on April 11, 2022, at 10:00 AM, Sandra Day O'Connor U.S. Courthouse, 401 West Washington Street, Room 406, Phoenix, Arizona 85003.
